摘要
AI时代,高校图书馆员如何提升服务素养,以应对用户个性化多样化的需求、促进教学科研服务能力的提升以及图书馆服务模式的转型,首先,图书馆员需要转变服务理念,跟上技术发展的步伐;其次,要加强图书馆员在数据服务、学科服务和个性化创新服务方面的能力;第三,要围绕服务理念和服务能力的提升路径,完善高校图书馆的考核和培育机制。
In the era of AI,how can university librarians improve their service literacy to meet the personalized and diversified needs of users,promote the improvement of teaching and research service capabilities,and transform library service models?Firstly,librarians need to change their service concepts and keep up with the pace of technological development;Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the abilities of librarians in data services,subject services,and personalized innovation services;Thirdly,we need to improve the assessment and cultiva⁃tion mechanism of university libraries around the improvement path of service concepts and service capabilities.
