摘要
《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)生效后,中韩农食产品贸易规模持续扩大。本文系统研究了韩国预包装食品管理体系,重点分析了食品标签通用要求、营养标签规定等核心内容,为我国企业出口韩国预包装食品的标签合规性提供针对性建议。研究成果有助于出口企业准确把握韩国食品标签法规标准,有效应对国内外食品标签法规差异带来的贸易壁垒,提升我国食品企业的国际竞争力。
After the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)came into effect,the trade volume of agricultural and food products between China and Republic of Ko rea has continued to expand.This paper systematically examines the regulatory framework for pre-packaged food in Republic of Korea,with a focus on analyzing general requirements for food labeling,nutrition labeling,and other core contents.The aim is to provide targeted recommendations for ensuring compliance with pre-packaged food labels exported to Republic of Korea by Chinese enterprises.These findings are valuable for export enterprises in accurately understanding Korean food labeling regulations and standards,effectively addressing trade barriers arising from differences in domestic and international food labeling regulations,and enhancing the global competitiveness of Chinese food enterprises.
