摘要
目的:分析系统审核联合人工审核的处方前置审核模式对门急诊处方质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1—3月济宁医学院附属滕州市中心人民医院门急诊处方1000张作为对照组,选取2023年1—3月该院门急诊处方1000张作为观察组。对照组实施常规审核模式,观察组实施系统审核联合人工审核的处方前置审核模式。比较两组处方审核情况、不合理处方占比。结果:观察组自动审核占比低于对照组,药师审核、医师修改占比高于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组不合理处方占比低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:系统审核联合人工审核的处方前置审核模式可提高药师审方、医师修改占比,减少不合理处方。
Objective:To analyze the effect of prescription pre-review mode of system review combined with manual review on the quality of outpatient and emergency prescriptions.Methods:A total of 1000 outpatient and emergency prescriptions of Tengzhou Central People's Hospital Affiliated to Jining Medical University from January 2022 to March 2022 were selected as the control group,and 1000 outpatient and emergency prescriptions of the same hospital from January 2023 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented conventional review mode,while the observation group implemented prescription pre-review mode of system review combined with manual review.The prescription review situations and the proportion of irrational prescriptions were compared between the two groups.Results:The proportion of automatic review in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the proportions of pharmacist review and physician modifications in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The proportion of irrational prescriptions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The prescription pre-review mode of system review combined with manual review can increase the proportions of pharmacist review and physician modifications,and reduce the irrational prescriptions.
