摘要
目的:提升医院药学部的药学管理水平。方法:将品管圈活动——蚂蚁圈应用于药品供应的管理中,分析药品供应不足、不及时的原因,制定相应的对策并实施,同时评估该活动的效果。结果:通过全员参与该活动,不良项目发生次数有所减少,下降比例达60%以上,活动收到良好效果。结论:药学部通过推行品管圈活动,提高了药学人员参与管理的意识和解决问题的能力,调动了工作积极性和工作责任心,提高了工作效率,改善了患者满意度。
OBJECTIVE： To enhance the management level in hospital pharmacy department. METHODS： The ant circle in quality control circle program was applied to the drug supply management, and the causes accountable for the insufficient and untimely drug supply were analyzed to work out the responsible measure and enfore it and evaluation it＇s effect, RESULTS： Due to staff＇ s participation in the program, the incidence of adverse events reduced by over 60%, thus a favorable efficacy has been achieved. CONCLUSIONS： The practice of quality control circle program help strengthened pharmacists＇ consciousness on participating in management, enhanced their problem-solving ability, motivated their enthusiasm and responsibility, enhanced their working efficiency and improved patients＇ satisfaction.
