摘要
目的分析门急诊处方前置审核系统的实施与效果评价情况,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。方法从2020年11月起,本院实施了门急诊处方前置审核系统处理方案。2020年9月-2020年10月门急诊处方共计153910张;2020年11月-2021年2月门急诊处方共计271967张。分析门急诊处方前置审核系统的实施与效果。结果和调整规则前相比,调整规则以后系统审核处方数人工审核不合理处方数上升,表明相关规则调整能够提高不合格处方检出率。就不合理处方类型来看,第一位为药物用法、用量不适宜,占总数的26.65%,第二为存在配伍禁忌,占25.75%,第三为适应症不适宜,占13.17%。结论在医院门诊、急诊应用处方前置审核系统同时完善相关审核规则,能提高处方合格率,方便疾病治疗。该法能确保病患用药合理安全有效。
Objective To analyze the implementation and effect evaluation of outpatient and emergency prescription pre audit system,and to provide references for related personnel.Methods From November 2020,our hospital implemented the pre audit system of outpatient and emergency prescriptions.From September 2020 to October 2020,there were 153910 outpatient and emergency prescriptions;From November 2020 to February 2021,there were 271967 outpatient and emergency prescriptions.Objective to analyze the implementation and effect of outpatient and emergency prescription pre audit system.Results Compared with before the regulation,the number of prescriptions reviewed by system and unreasonable prescriptions reviewed by manual increased after the regulation,indicating that the regulation can improve the detection rate of unqualified prescriptions.In terms of irrational prescription types,the first was inappropriate drug usage and dosage,accounting for 26.65%of the total,followed by incompatibility,accounting for 25.75%,and the second was inappropriate indications,accounting for 13.17%.Conclusion The application of prescription pre audit system in outpatient and emergency department and the improvement of relevant audit rules can improve the prescription qualification rate and facilitate disease treatment.This method can ensure the rational,safe and effective use of drugs.
