摘要
随着我国中学新课程改革的持续推进,教师的专业发展显得愈发重要,尤其是新入职教师,其教育教学能力的提升尤为紧迫。文章聚焦中学新入职教师教学能力培养这一议题,从剖析教师教育教学能力的内涵着手,概括新入职教师教育教学能力培养的重要性及存在的问题,并提出优化方案,旨在提升中学新入职教师教育教学能力,助力其成长。
With the continuous promotion of the new curriculum reform in Chinese secondary schools,the professional development of teachers has become increasingly important,especially for newly hired teachers whose educational and teaching abilities are particularly urgent to improve.The article focuses on the issue of cultivating the teaching ability of newly hired middle school teachers.Starting from analyzing the connotation of teacher education and teaching ability,it summarizes the importance and existing problems of cultivating the education and teaching ability of newly hired teachers,and proposes optimization plans aimed at enhancing the education and teaching ability of newly hired middle school teachers and assisting their growth.
