稳步发展职业本科教育的价值意蕴、现实样态与推进路径 被引量:2

Value Implication,Realistic Situation and Promotion Path of Steady Development of Vocational Undergraduate Education

摘要 稳步发展职业本科教育对推进新质生产力发展、满足人民群众对更美好教育需求、落实教育强国战略具有重要作用。以I-P-O理论模型为分析框架,审视我国职业本科教育办学实践发现,其在实践探索中出现了诸多现实桎梏,具体表征为职教高考制度模糊不清、人才培养过程特色遮蔽、学士学位制度内涵缺失等。面对复杂的实践环境,为推进职业本科教育实现稳步发展,在入口端要建立均等化的职教高考制度,在过程端要打造专业化的人才培养范式,在出口端要健全类型化的学士学位制度,以此全面保障人才的选择权利、培养质量和职业发展。 The steady development of vocational undergraduate education plays an important role to promote the development of new quality productivity,meet the people’s demand for better education,and implement the strategy of building a strong education country.Taking the I-P-O theoretical model as the analytical framework,it is found that there are many practical shackles in its practical exploration through examining the school-running practice of vocational undergraduate education in China,which are specifically characterized by the ambiguity of the college entrance examination system of vocational education,the obscuration of the characteristics of the talent training process,and the lack of the connotation of the bachelor’s degree system.In the face of complex practical environment,to promote the steady development of vocational undergraduate education,an equal college entrance examination system of vocational education should be established at the entrance end,a professional talent training paradigm should be created at the process end,and a typed bachelor’s degree system should be improved at the export end,so as to comprehensively guarantee the right to choose talents,training quality and career development.
