摘要
价值驱动学术评价概念的提出有深刻现实背景:肇始于西方的现代学术评价体系有自身的局限性,科技自立自强背景下学术评价体系改革发展的现实需要,构建自主知识体系要求学术评价理论得到创新。所谓价值驱动学术评价,即在人类的学术生产实践活动中,评价者基于理论和方法论创新对学术研究实践客体属性(成果)满足主体(人及人类)需要的价值确认(学术评价)的一个动态、互动过程,在此过程中致力于建立起实践主体(研究者)与实践客体(研究对象)的内在逻辑联系,以此驱动和唤醒实践主体(研究者)的学术生命自觉以专注于学术研究客体(研究对象)的价值内涵而非外在符号意义的动态循环的创价活动。价值驱动学术评价概念所具备的深刻理论内涵和先进方法论为学术评价中国道路的开拓夯实了理论根基。
The concept of value-driven academic evaluation has been launched under a profound realistic background:the inherent contradictions in the Western-originated modern academic evaluation system and its misuse and abuse;the practical need for the reform and development of the academic evaluation system against the backdrop of self-reliance and self-strengthening in science and technology;and the innovation of academic evaluation theory required by the construction of an independent knowledge system.The so-called value-driven academic evaluation refers to a dynamic and interactive process in which the value confirmation(academic evaluation)of the object attributes(achievements)of academic research practice meets the needs of the subject(human beings)based on theoretical and methodological innovation in the academic production and practice activities of human beings.The interactive process is committed to establishing the internal logical connection between the subject of practice and the object of practice,aiming to drive and awaken the academic life consciousness of the subject of practice(researcher)to focus on the value connotation of academic research activities rather than the dynamic cycle of external symbolic meaning.The profound theoretical connotation and advanced methodology underlying the concept of value-driven academic evaluation have laid a solid theoretical foundation for blazing a Chinese path in academic evaluation.
