摘要
海关实务与模拟操作课程作为一门实践性较强的核心专业课程,对数字贸易时代背景下应用型人才的培养至关重要。结合海关实务与模拟操作课程教学存在的问题,充分考虑数字贸易背景下海关业务的新变化,以现实业务需求为导向,针对海关实务与模拟操作课程教学提出优化教学内容、创新教学方法、推行全过程考核、加强师资队伍建设和强化实践环节建设的改革方案,有利于提升海关实务实践教学质量,培养更多适应数字贸易时代需求的高素质应用型人才,为数字贸易的发展提供助力。
The Customs Practice and Simulation Operation course,as a highly practical core course,is crucial for cultivating applied talents in the context of the digital trade era.Taking into account the existing problems in the teaching of customs practice and simulation operation courses,fully considering the new changes in customs business under the background of digital trade,and guided by real business needs,this paper proposes reform plans for optimizing teaching content,innovating teaching methods,promoting full process assessment,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and enhancing the construction of practical links in customs practice and simulation operation courses.This is conducive to improving the quality of customs practice teaching,cultivating more high-quality applied talents that meet the needs of the digital trade era,and providing assistance for the development of digital trade.
