摘要
随着产教融合2.0模式纵深推进,研究型高校“双创”人才培养体系正面临模式重构与效能提升的双重考验。深入探讨研究型高校“双创”人才培养的路径选择对构建教育供给侧改革和区域经济高质量发展具有重要意义。选取湖北省武汉东湖新技术开发区127个相关机构作为研究对象,运用社会网络分析法构建产教融合体双创人才合作培养网络,分别从整体网和个体网两个角度对节点与网络特征进行分析,结果表明当前产教联合体网络具有“密联系,强聚集”的特征,但仍缺乏统一平台支持与多方合作参与,需构建协同平台、创新生态机制、嵌入标准体系,以协同攻关重大项目。
With the in-depth advancement of the industry-education integration 2.0 model,the“entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship”talent training system of research-oriented colleges and universities is facing the double test of model reconstruction and efficiency improvement.It is of great significance to deeply discuss the path selection of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship talent training in research-oriented colleges and universities to build the supply-side reform of education and the high-quality development of regional economy.The results show that the current network of industry-education consortium has the characteristics of“close connection and strong aggregation”,but it still lacks unified platform support and multi-party cooperation and participation,and it is still necessary to build a collaborative platform,innovate the ecological mechanism,embed the standard system,and collaborate on major projects.
