摘要
为探究复合酶制剂对饲喂花生秧三花鹅生长性能、屠宰性能、养分表观消化率和肠道消化酶活性的影响,试验选用4周龄育成期三花鹅180只,随机分为3组(对照组、花生秧组和复合酶组),对照组饲粮纤维源使用苜蓿草粉与麸皮,花生秧组使用花生秧替换全部苜蓿草粉和部分麸皮,复合酶组是在花生秧组基础上添加0.05%的复合酶制剂,试验期42d,分别于28、49、70日龄称重,计算生长性能,并于70日龄测定屠宰性能,收集70日龄饲料和鹅直肠内容物,测定养分表观消化率,收集肠道黏膜测定消化酶活性。结果表明:与对照组相比,花生秧组并未显著影响三花鹅的生长性能和屠宰性能(P>0.05),养分表观消化率和肠道消化酶活性均略降低,但差异不显著(P>0.05);复合酶组三花鹅的生长性能和屠宰性能提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。花生秧组三花鹅干物质、粗蛋白、粗纤维、钙和磷表观消化率略降低,粗脂肪表观消化率略升高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);复合酶组干物质、粗蛋白、粗纤维和磷的表观消化率显著增加(P<0.05),粗脂肪和钙的表观消化率有一定提升,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。复合酶组三花鹅腺胃蛋白酶及十二指肠淀粉酶、脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性显著增加(P<0.05)。在育成期三花鹅饲粮中使用花生秧替换全部苜蓿草粉和部分麸皮并未负面影响三花鹅的生长性能和屠宰性能,在花生秧饲粮中添加复合酶能提高三花鹅肠道消化酶活性、增加养分表观消化率,对三花鹅生长性能和屠宰性能的提升有积极作用。
This study aimed to investigate the effects of compound enzyme preparations on the growth performance,slaughter performance,apparent nutrient digestibility,and intestinal digestive enzyme activity of Sanhua goose fed with peanut vine,a total of 180 of 4-week-old grower Sanhua gooses were randomly divided into three treatment groups(the control group,the peanut vine group and the compound enzyme preparation group),the control group used alfalfa powder and wheat bran as feed fiber sources,while the peanut vine group used peanut vine to replace all alfalfa powder and part of wheat bran,the compound enzyme preparation group added 0.05%of compound enzyme preparation into peanut vine group.The full trial period was 42 days,body weight was collected at 28,49 and 70 days of age for production performance,and slaughter performance was also tested at 70 day of age.Feed and rectal contents were collected at 70 day of age for apparent nutrient digestibility,intestinal mucosa were obtained for intestinal digestive enzyme activity.The results showed that compared to the control group,the replacement of all alfalfa meal and part of wheat bran with peanut vine didn′t affect the production performance and slaughter performance of Sanhua geese(P>0.05);the apparent nutrient digestibility and the activity of intestinal digestive enzymes were slightly reduced,while the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The supplementation of compound enzyme preparation could improve the production and slaughter performance of Sanhua geese,while the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Grower Sanhua gooses fed with peanut vine had slightly lower apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,crude fiber,calcium,and phosphorus,higher apparent digestibility of crude fat,while the difference was not significant(P>0.05),The supplementation of compound enzyme preparation significantly increased the apparent digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,crude fiber,and phosphorus(P<0.05),while the apparent digestibility of crude fat and calcium was slightly improved,the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the addition of compound enzyme preparation significantly increased the activities of adenogastric protease,duodenal amylase,lipase,and protease(P<0.05).The replacement of all alfalfa meal and part of wheat bran with peanut vine didn′t negatively affect the growth performance and slaughter performance of grower Sanhua geese,the supplementation of compound enzyme preparation to peanut vine could improve the intestinal digestive enzyme activity and increase the apparent nutrient digestibility of Sanhua geese,which had a positive effect on the production performance and slaughter performance of Sanhua geese.
