摘要
功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)在临床中的发病率日益增高,其受关注程度远不及器质性便秘,本病虽不会危及生命,但严重影响患者的生活质量。西医对于本病的治疗,伴有不同程度的不良反应且极易复发。近年来脑-肠轴理论成为生物医学研究的热点,作为胃肠激素的脑肠肽是调控脑-肠轴交互作用的物质基础。大量研究表明中医药对于FC的治疗不仅可以调控脑肠肽的水平,还可以促进胃肠蠕动、改善肠道菌群、维持肠道动态平衡和缓解焦虑抑郁状态,真正做到双管齐下,能够实现脑肠同治,其有效性和安全性均优于西医治疗。文章从经络相通、生理相关、神明相统、病理互联(肠病及脑、脑病及肠)的角度浅析脑肠相关性。论述不同证型FC的机制及中医药治疗方法,体现了中医药的特色与优势。
Functional constipation(FC)is increasing in incidence in clinical practice,and its degree of concern is far less than that of organic constipation.Although this disease is not life-threatening,it seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Although this disease is not life-threatening,it seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The treatment of this disease by western medicine is not only accompanied by different degrees of adverse reactions but also very prone to recurrence.In recent years,the theory of brain-intestinal axis has become a hotspot of biomedical research.Now,we analyze the brain-intestinal cor-relation from the perspectives of meridian and collateral,physiological correlation,divine unity,and pathological interconnection(intestinal disease and brain,cerebral disease and intestines),and discuss the mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating differ-ent types of FC through the brain-intestinal peptide,the material basis of brain-intestinal axis,which reflects the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.It also discusses the mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating different types of FC,reflecting the characteristics and advantages of Chinese medicine.
