摘要
目的:观察调肠汤配合穴位按摩用于老年功能性便秘(气阴两虚型)的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2016年6月~2019年7月在我院接受治疗的80例老年功能性便秘(气阴两虚型)患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例,对照组施用聚乙二醇4000散治疗,观察组通过调肠汤配合穴位按摩治疗,对比其临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组患者各项临床便秘中医证候积分、血清胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、一氧化氮(NO)指标对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者便秘症状总恢复效率明显高于对照组,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者各项临床便秘中医证候积分、VIP、NO指标均明显低于对照组而MTL指标明显高于对照组,对比均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组患者副反应总发生率对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组患者半年复发率明显低于对照组,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论调肠汤配合穴位按摩治疗可以进一步改善老年功能性便秘(气阴两虚型)患者临床便秘症状,恢复消化道激素水平稳定,不良反应与复发风险更低,可作为临床推荐的治疗方案。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using Tiaochang Decoction combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of functional constipation(Qi-Yin deficiency type)in the elderly.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with functional constipation(Qi-Yin deficiency type)who were treated in the hospital from June 2016 to July 2019 were enrolled.According to random number table method,they were divided into a controlled group and an observation group,40 cases in each group.The controlled group was treated with Polyethylene Glycol 4000,while the observation group was treated with Tiaochang Decoction and acupoint massage.The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of TCM syndromes,serum motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and nitric oxide(NO)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total recovery efficiency of constipation symptoms in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes,VIP and NO in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group,while MTL was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).The half-year recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tiaochang Decoction combined with acupoint massage can further improve the clinical symptoms in elderly patients with functional constipation(Qi-Yin deficiency type),recover the stability of hormones levels in digestive tract,with lower risks of adverse reactions and recurrence.It can be applied as a clinically recommended treatment plan.
