摘要
本文基于社会加速的理论体系,从社会学视角分析了当前进一步深化学校生涯教育所面临挑战的时代性、应对的复杂性以及出路的可能性,认为社会加速的三种类型带来了当前个体生涯发展的时代困境,应对这些困境的复杂性根源在于加速社会中出现的自我分化,而应对的出路则在于实施体现共鸣理念的学校生涯教育。
This article analyzes the contemporary challenges faced by school career education through the lens of sociological perspectives,based on theory of social acceleration.It addresses the timeliness of these challenges,the complexities of responses,and potential solutions.The text argues that three forms of social acceleration have created temporal dilemmas in individual career development,and also the self-differentiation that emerges in an accelerated society is at the root of addressing complexity of the responses to these challenges,while the direction towards deepening school career education that embodies resonance concept may provide a way forward.
