摘要
随着抗病毒治疗的开展,人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)患者(HIV/AIDS患者)老龄化形势日渐严峻,老年HIV/AIDS患者衰弱发生率为15.4%,衰弱对患者预后影响较严重。本文从人口学、生理、心理、社会因素4个方面对老年HIV/AIDS患者衰弱影响因素进行综述,以期为医护人员制定干预措施提供依据。
With the development of antiviral therapy,the aging situation of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)patients is becoming increasingly severe.The incidence of frailty in elderly HIV/AIDS patients is 15.4%,and frailty seriously affects the prognosis of patients.The paper reviews the factors influencing the frailty of elderly HIV/AIDS patients from four aspects including demographic,physiologic,psychologic and social factors,in order to provide basis for medical staff to formulate intervention measures.
