摘要
针对国内医疗信息化发展起步相对较晚,医院移动查房系统在数据整合和智能化方面存在不足的现状,研究结合当前智慧医院建设要求,基于移动360视图与人工智能融合的技术方案,在分析移动查房系统功能改进思路的基础上,对其中的移动环境架构实现策略、技术框架等关键技术内容展开探讨,并对核心智能化模块,如智能化危急值预警、智能化检验结果标记、智能化趋势分析等进行研究。系统测试结果表明,该移动查房系统的技术措施能实现系统功能高度集成,缩短系统响应时间,智能化提升医生查房效率,是一种科学有效的技术方案,值得推广。
Given the relatively late development of medical informatization in China and the existing inadequacies in data integration and intelligence of hospital mobile ward round systems,the study combines the current requirements of smart hospital construction.Based on the technical solution of integrating mobile 360-degree visualization and artificial intelligence,the study analyzes the functional improvement ideas of the mobile ward round system,discusses key technical aspects such as the implementation strategies of the mobile environment architecture and the technical framework,and studies the core intelligent modules,such as intelligent critical value alerts,intelligent test result tagging,and intelligent trend analysis.The system test results show that the technical measures of this mobile ward round system can achieve a high degree of integration of system functions,shorten the system response time,and intelligently improve the efficiency of doctors’ward rounds.It is a scientifically effective technical solution worthy of promotion.
