摘要
目的了解上海市三级综合医院开展“互联网+”医疗服务纳入医保支付的现状。方法利用数据分析法进行回顾性研究。结果相关试点医院的互联网纳保支付服务量整体呈增长趋势,满足了患者线上医疗服务的需求,但实际操作中仍存在部分情况有待解决。结论建议完善相关政策及规范,理顺互联网纳保支付的医疗服务项目及收费标准,同时对于大数据互联互通以及医保智能监管的建设也需尽早开展。
Objective To understand the current situation of incorporating“Internet+”medical services into medical insurance payment in tertiary general hospitals in Shanghai.Methods Data analysis was used to conduct a retrospective study.Results The amount of Internet insurance payment services in relevant pilot hospitals shows an overall growth trend,meeting the needs of patients for online medical services,but there are still some problems to be solved in actual operation.Conclusion It is suggested to improve relevant policies and norms,straighten out the medical service items and charging standards of Internet insurance payment,and carry out the construction of big data interconnection and intelligent supervision of medical insurance as soon as possible.
