建筑装饰用改性环氧树脂涂层的制备及其性能分析

摘要 环氧树脂因具备优异力学和抗高温老化性能在室内装修领域领域得到广泛的应用,由于环氧树脂与水不相容,必须对其表面改性以达到乳化状态。为此用KH550硅烷偶联剂实现E-35开环反应的方式合成得到了一种环氧树脂乳化剂,并采用丙酮试剂对建筑装饰材料表面处理得到环氧树脂涂层。性能测试结果表明:随着E51与E51混合比例提高后,乳液粒度呈现出逐步减小,制水乳性环氧乳液达到更高稳定性,适合长期存放。以GY-51固化后涂层中产生许多微孔和气泡,而DETA涂层出现若干孔洞缺陷,使用3051和DICY涂层表现为粗糙断面特点。该研究有助于提高装饰材料的化学特性,为后续的化工工艺强化奠定一定的理论基础。 Epoxy resin has been widely used in the field of interior decoration because of its excellent mechanical and anti-high temperature aging properties.Because epoxy resin is incompatible with water,its surface must be modified to achieve emulsification.To this end,an epoxy emulsifier was synthesized by means of E-35 ring-opening reaction with KH550 silane coupling agent,and the surface of building decoration materials was treated with acetone reagent to obtain epoxy resin coating.The performance test results show that with the increase of E51 and E51 mixing ratio,the emulsion particle size gradually decreases,and the water-emulsion epoxy emulsion achieves higher stability and is suitable for long-term storage.After curing with GY-51,there are many micropores and bubbles in the coating,while DETA coating has several hole defects,and 3051 and DICY coatings show rough section characteristics.The research is helpful to improve the chemical properties of decorative materials and lay a theoretical foundation for the subsequent chemical process strengthening.
