摘要
油凝胶具有憎水性、可自愈性、高润滑性等优点,可用于增强环氧涂层的腐蚀防护性能。然而,油凝胶材料表面能低,与环氧基体相容性较差,使两者的复合面临挑战。为此,通过简易的剪切工艺从油凝胶块材得到了可稳定分散的油凝胶微球(OM),其粒径约为26μm,Zeta电位高达63 mV,然后用它制备了OM/环氧复合涂层。这种含OM的复合涂层具有自愈合能力,经36 h静置后其表面划痕由50μm缩窄至5μm以下,而且在3.5%NaCl电解液中浸泡7 d后显示出比纯环氧涂层更高的疏水性、附着力和阻隔屏蔽性能。由于OM的存在,涂层的摩擦因数由0.50降至0.14,磨损量由0.58 mm^(3)降至0.24 mm^(3)。
Oleogel has the advantages of hydrophobicity,self-healability,and high lubricity,which can be used to enhance the anticorrosion property of epoxy coating.However,the low surface energy of oleogel and its poor compatibility with epoxy resin make the combination of the two materials a challenge.For this reason,a stably dispersible oleogel microsphere(OM)emulsion with a particle size of about 26μm and a Zeta potential of up to 63 mV was obtained from bulk oleogel by a facile shearing process,and then an OM/epoxy composite coating with self-healing ability was prepared from it.A scratch on the composite coating surface was decreased from 50μm to less than 5μm after standing for 36 hours.The OM-containing epoxy composite coating showed higher hydrophobicity,adhesion,and barrier properties than the pure epoxy coating after immersion in 3.5%NaCl electrolyte for 7 days.With the help of OM,the friction coefficient of the coating was reduced from 0.50 to 0.14,and the wear volume was reduced from 0.58 to 0.24 mm^(3).
