摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂KH550对E-35进行开环改性制得环氧树脂乳胶,测试了乳胶以及涂层的各项性能参数,对其耐腐蚀性进行了电化学分析。结果表明:当改性E-35和环氧树脂E-35的质量比为1∶1时,可以形成粒径均匀的水乳性环氧乳液,乳液稳定性良好。以低相对分子质量聚酰胺固化剂(3051)、双氰胺(DICY)进行固化得到的水乳性环氧树脂涂层具备较高附着力,并且硬度较高,此时固化剂和水乳性环氧树脂形成了紧密交联结构,涂层具备最优的防护性能,试样耐蚀性得到提升。
The epoxy E-35 was modified using silane coupling agent KH-550 through ring opening process to prepare a epoxy latex,which and the coatings based on which were tested and the corrosion resistance of the coatings were tested by electrochemical analysis.The results showed that when mixing of the 5 silane coupling agent and E-35 at 1:1 ratio,the epoxy latex provided the best particle size uniformity with an excellent stability.The epoxy resin coatings film obtained by curing with polyamide 3051 and DICY showed good adhesion and high hardness,the curing agent and epoxy latex formed a dense cross-linked structure to provide excellent protection performance and corrosion resistance.
