知识耦合视角下在线问答学习社区的知识共享演化博弈--基于系统动力学的知识共享行为仿真实验

摘要 明晰在线问答学习社区知识共享演化博弈的作用机制,可以促进社区成员之间的知识交流与问题解决。基于此,文章首先从知识耦合的视角,采用演化博弈方法,构建了在线问答学习社区知识共享演化博弈模型。之后,文章基于系统动力学进行知识共享行为仿真实验,并使用Matlab编写模型代码进行仿真分析,解析了社区成员行为特征对知识共享的影响。文章发现,能力水平齐平的协同效应与能力水平差异的互补效应并存推动知识共享,知识共享意愿、知识转化能力、知识创造等主动性能力显著影响积极共享行为,知识群化阶段是提升知识共享概率的关键环节。最后,文章基于研究结论,针对社区建设提出建议,以促进在线问答学习社区成员积极共享知识。文章的研究有助于深入理解知识共享的内在特征与规律,并可为相关学习平台优化功能设计和知识管理策略、提升成员体验提供指导。 Clarifying the action mechanism of evolutionary game of knowledge sharing in online Q&A learning community can promote knowledge communication and problem-solving among community members.Accordingly,from the perspective of knowledge coupling,this paper first constructed the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing in online Q&A learning communities through applying the evolutionary game method.Afterwards,the simulation experiment of knowledge sharing behavior based on system dynamics was conducted,with simulation analysis performed using Matlab writing model codes,to analyze the influence of behavioral characteristics of community members on knowledge sharing.It was found that the synergistic effect of equal ability levels and the complementary effects of differing ability levels coexisted,jointly promoting knowledge sharing.Proactive abilities including knowledge sharing willingness,knowledge transformation ability,and knowledge creation significantly affected positive sharing behavior,and the knowledge grouping stage served as a key link in improving the probability of knowledge sharing.Finally,based on these research findings,this paper proposed suggestions for community construction in order to promote positive knowledge sharing among members of online Q&Alearning communities.The research contributed to a deep understanding of the inherent characteristics and laws of knowledge sharing,and could provide guidance for optimizing functionality design and knowledge management strategies of related learning platforms,as well as improving members’experience.
