摘要
目的进行我院药学专业实习生思政教育调查,探索医教协同模式下药学专业的思政教育措施。方法对厦门市中医院药学专业实习生思政情况进行调查,分析目前思政教育的主要问题,剖析其主要问题,并提出建议措施。结果在医教协同模式下,药学实习生在思政教育还存在不少问题,例如重视程度不足,思政教育模式不健全、内容不能与时俱进等,在后疫情时代,应该明确思政教育的目标,建立科学合理的教学计划,发挥带教老师的作用,充分发挥网络平台作用,并创建良好的医院文化。结论通过以上多种措施,从而提升药学实习生的思政教育水平,培养出一批优秀药学人才。
OBJECTIVE This study aims to examine the ideological and political education of pharmacy interns within our institution and to explore strategies for enhancing such education for pharmacy majors under the medical education-practice collaboration model.METHODS A comprehensive survey was administered to assess the current state of ideological and political education among pharmacy interns at Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The survey results were analyzed to identify key issues and challenges in the existing educational framework.Based on these findings,recommendations for improving ideological and political education were formulated.RESULTS The findings reveal several issues in the ideological and political education of pharmacy interns within the medical education-practice collaboration model,including insufficient emphasis,an outdated educational model,and content that is not current.In the post-pandemic era,it is imperative to elucidate the objectives of ideological and political education,develop a scientifically rigorous curriculum,capitalize on the expertise of teaching mentors,effectively integrate online platforms,and foster a positive institutional culture.CONCLUSION These measures aim to elevate the quality of ideological and political education for pharmacy interns and cultivate a cadre of exemplary pharmaceutical professionals.
