基于Design Expert软件优化超声提取冬凌草叶抑菌成分工艺研究

摘要 为优化冬凌草叶中抑菌成分的超声提取工艺。在单因素试验基础上,以综合评分(Y)作为评价指标,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用占综合评分的60%、对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用占综合评分的40%进行评价。考查条件包括料液比(A)、提取时间(B)、提取温度(C),利用响应面法优化冬凌草叶的抑菌成分提取工艺。通过优化并结合实际,确定冬凌草叶抑菌成分最佳工艺参数为料液比1∶22 (g∶mL),乙醇体积分数95%,提取时间42 min,提取温度53℃和提取功率300 W。采用响应面法优化冬凌草叶中抑菌成分的提取工艺方法可行,可为进一步开发利用提供理论与参考。 In order to optimize the ultrasonic extraction process of the antibacterial components in the Rabdosia rubbescens leaves.On the basis of the unifactor test,the comprehensive score(Y)was used as the evaluation index,bacteriostatic effect against S.aureus accounted for 60%of the comprehensive score,the antibacterial effect on E.coli represented 40%of the overall score.The inspection conditions included material liquid ratio(A),extraction time(B),extraction temperature(C),and the extraction process of the Rabdosia rubbescens leaves was optimized by the response surface method.The best process parameters were the liquid ratio 1∶22(g∶mL),ethanol concentration 95%,extraction time 42 min,temperature 53℃and ultrasonic power 300 W.The response surface method was feasible to optimize the extraction process of antibacterial components,which provided theoretical and experimental reference for further development and utilization.
