播种机纵梁焊接机器人工作站设计与试验

摘要 针对新疆播种机焊接需求量大、自动化水平低的问题,根据纵梁型号的多样性及结构特点设计了机器人焊接工作站,并通过正交试验优化播种机纵梁焊接工艺参数,进而提高焊接质量和效率。通过分析焊接电流、电压、速度对接头强度和变形的影响,探索了不同工艺参数对焊接质量的影响规律。结果表明,焊接电流对接头强度影响最大,焊接速度对变形影响最显著,优化后的工艺参数能够显著提升焊接质量和效率。采用机器人焊接工作站进行自动化焊接并对焊接工艺参数进行了优化,为播种机纵梁的焊接工艺的改进提供了依据。 Aiming at the problem of low level of automation of the total welding demand of seeding machine in Xinjiang,a robotic welding workstation was designed according to the diversity of longitudinal beam models and structural characteristics,and the welding process parameters of longitudinal beam of seeding machine were optimised by orthogonal test method,which could improve the welding quality and efficiency.By analysing the effects of welding current,voltage and speed on the strength and deformation of the joint,the influence of different process parameters on the welding quality was explored.The results showed that the welding current had the greatest influence on the joint strength,the welding speed had the most significant influence on the deformation,and the optimised process parameters could significantly improve the welding quality and efficiency.This study adopted the robot welding workstation for automated welding and optimises the welding process parameters,which provided a basis for the improvement of the welding process of the longitudinal beam of the planter.
