摘要
侧柏是我国特有树种,在全国范围内都有广泛的种植。以侧柏叶为原材料,通过水蒸气蒸馏法对侧柏叶精油进行提取,并用气相色谱质谱联用仪对侧柏叶精油化学成分进行鉴定,共分离出以萜烯类化合物为主33个化学成份。采用滤纸扩散法和梯度稀释法分别测试了侧柏叶精油对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌效果和最小杀菌浓度。结果显示:侧柏叶精油对大肠杆菌的抑制效果比对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果好,对大肠杆菌的抑菌圈达到了19.76 mm,最小杀菌浓度为1.16 mg/mL。对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈为6.54 mm,对枯草芽孢杆菌的最小杀菌浓度为76.51 mg/mL。
Cypress is endemic to our country and is widely planted throughout the country.In this paper,the essential oil of Cypress solvis was extracted by steam distillation and the chemical composition of Cypress leaf was identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and a total of 33 chemical components were separated,mainly terpenes.The antibacterial effect and minimum bactericidal concentration of Est.coli and Bacillus subtilis were tested by filter paper diffusion method and gradient dilution method,respectively.The results showed that the inhibitory effect of Erbi coli essential oil was better than that of Bacillus subtilis,and the inhibition circle of Escherichia coli reached 19.76 mm,and the minimum bactericidal concentration was 1.16 mg/mL.The inhibition circle for Bacillus subtilis was 6.54 mm,and the minimum bactericidal concentration for Bacillus subtilis was 76.51 mg/mL.
