摘要
通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定了超声波法提取侧柏叶中的黄酮类化合物的最佳条件:50%的乙醇溶液,温度70℃,40kHz超声处理40min。在此条件下将提取液蒸干,得粗提物,提取率达到93 60%,较不用超声处理的提取率提高23 4%。定性试验和紫外光谱分析结果表明,侧柏叶中的黄酮化合物主要为黄酮醇类。与传统的醇提法比较,超声法具有稳定、节能、提取率高等明显的优越性。
The optimum conditions of flavones extraction from Platycladus orientalis leaves by supersonic method were evaluated by singel factor and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the supersonic method was superior to the normal method in which the extraction of flavones was accomplished with ethanol. When Platycladus orientalis leaves, dipped in 50% (v/v) ethanol solution previously for 2.0 h, were treated with ultrasonic of 40 kHz at 70℃ for 40 min, more than 93.60% of the flavones in the leaves were extracted, which was increased by 23.43% to ethanol method. The qualitative experiment and UV spectrophotometer test indicated that the main component of the product was flavonols.
