摘要
视神经炎(ON)的中医病因病机复杂,治疗方法主要包括中药内服、针灸治疗、针药联合治疗及中西医结合治疗等,临床上常根据患者的病情辨证论治。随着相关临床研究的顺利开展,中医药在ON防治中的效果已得到证实,其在缓解患者临床症状、降低复发率、减少激素用量及不良反应等方面效果显著。但目前关于ON尚无标准化证侯分型,且相关的动物实验及临床研究较少。因此,未来应开展更多大样本、多中心的关于中医药治疗ON的研究,为ON的中医药治疗提供更有力的支持。
The etiology and pathogenesis of optic neuritis(ON)in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)perspective are complex.The treatment methods mainly include oral administration of TCM herbs,acupuncture treatment,combined acupuncture and medicinal treatment,and integrated TCM and western medicine treatment.Clinically,syndrome differentiation and treatment are often performed based on the patients′condition.With the smooth development of relevant clinical research,the effect of TCM in the prevention and treatment of ON has been confirmed,showing significant effects in alleviating the patients′clinical symptoms,reducing recurrence rates,and reducing hormone dosage and adverse effects.However,there is still no standardized syndrome classification for ON,and there are few related animal experiments and clinical studies.Therefore,in the future,more large-sample,multi-center studies on TCM treatment of ON should be carried out to provide stronger support for TCM treatment of ON.
