摘要
视神经疾病是神经眼科疾病范畴内一类最常见的、可导致视力严重受损甚至失明的眼病,病因繁多,发病机制复杂。韦企平教授从事眼科临床40余年,对视神经疾病的诊疗有丰富的临床经验。韦教授认为治疗视神经疾病,应以调肝为先,分别介绍韦教授从肝论治视神经炎、Leber遗传性视神经病变、缺血性视神经病变、视神经萎缩的经验,并结合临床病例进行阐述。
The optic nerve disease is one of the most common eye diseases in the field of neuro-ophthalmic diseases, which can lead to severe visual impairment and even blindness. Professor Wei Qiping has been engaged in ophthalmology for more than 40 years, and has rich clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of optic nerve diseases. Professor Wei believes that the treatment of optic nerve diseases should be based on regulating the liver. This paper introduces Professor Wei’s experience in treating optic neuritis, Leber’s hereditary optic neuropathy, ischemic optic neuropathy and optic atrophy from the perspective of the liver, and expounds it in combination with clinical cases.
