摘要
糖皮质激素是临床各科常用的药物之一,超生理量的糖皮质激素具有抗炎、抗过敏和免疫抑制等多种药理作用,神经眼科常用此类药治疗视神经炎。尽管糖皮质激素临床应用广泛且疗效快而显著,长期应用具有较大副作用。中医学认为糖皮质激素为纯阳辛温之品,中医中药的整体调理在缓解其不良反应方面具有一定优势,如何在糖皮质激素依赖性疾病中发挥减毒增效的作用是多年来中医领域关注的重点。本文就中药如何参与糖皮质激素治疗特发性视神经炎的理论认识进行了初步回顾,并对相关中医药治疗的实践经验做初步介绍。
Glucocorticoid is one of the widely used drugs in clinic.Super-physiological doses of glucocorticoids have various pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation,anti-allergy and immunosuppression.Glucocorticoids are often used in neuro-ophthalmology to treat optic neuritis.Although glucocorticoids are widely used clinically and have fast and significant effects,long-term use of glucocorticoids have many side effects.In the theoretical system of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),glucocorticoid is generally believed as a drug with pure Yang and pungent warm nature.TCM can improve the whole condition of patients and has certain advantages in alleviating the side effects of glucocorticoids.How to reduce toxicity and increase efficacy in glucocorticoid-dependent diseases has been the focus of attention in the field of TCM for many years.This article reviewed the theoretical understanding TCM how to function on the treatment of idiopathic optic neuritis with glucocorticoids and made a preliminary introduction to the practical experience of how to use it.
