摘要
在人们建筑安全意识和建筑质量不断提高的背景下,普通水泥砂浆性能已经无法满足人们使用需求。目前,对新型水泥砂浆研究为现代建筑材料研究中的重点。因此,为了对植物纤维增强水泥砂浆的制备与性能进行研究,采用不同体积水泥砂浆试件,包括剑麻纤维稻壳砂浆、纯稻壳砂浆和剑麻纤维水泥砂浆,实现对混凝土抗折、抗压性能的分析。通过研究表示,稻壳和剑麻纤维都能够使水泥基材料力学性能得到增强。稻壳的吸水性良好,能够使水泥砂浆性能得到提高。剑麻纤维的主要优势为约束基体变形,使水泥砂浆性能提高。
In the context of people's continuous improvement of building safety and quality,the performance of ordinary cement mortar can no longer meet people's application needs.At present,the research on new cement mortar is the focus of modern building materials research.Therefore,in order to study the preparation and performance of implanted fiber-reinforced cement mortar,the design of cement mortar specimens with different volumes is used to analyze the flexural and compressive resistance of concrete,including sisal fiber rice husk mortar,pure rice husk mortar and sisal fiber cement mortar.Studies have shown that both rice husk and sisal fibers can enhance the mechanical properties of cementitious materials.The water absorption of rice husk is good,which can improve the performance of cement mortar.The main advantage of sisal fiber is to restrain the deformation of the matrix and improve the performance of cement mortar.
