摘要
随着科技水平的不断提升,中国的造纸技术得以持续发展,在各方面都达到了世界先进水平的标准,且正在继续朝着机器更先进、工作更高效的方向发展。虽然造纸技术也已经得到了更加全面的发展,但是机械故障问题等事件仍然时有发生,所以造纸机械的安全问题急需解决。造纸机械在运行过程之中会出现各种问题,不仅会存在潜在的危险,还会影响该机械的使用性能和寿命。分析了造纸机械故障诊断和防护的重要意义,并总结了主要故障原因,给出相应的维护措施。
With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,China’s paper technology can continue to develop,in all aspects have reached the world’s advanced level of standards,and is continuing to more advanced machines,more efficient work direction.Although papermaking technology has been more comprehensive development,but mechanical problems and other incidents still occur,so the safety of papermaking machinery urgently need to be solved.Paper machinery in the process of operation will appear a variety of problems,not only there will be potential danger,but also affect the performance and life of the machine.This paper analyzes the significance of fault diagnosis and protection of papermaking machinery,summarizes the main fault causes,and gives the corresponding maintenance measures.
