桥梁工程应用杨木纤维砂浆配置及综合性能研究

摘要 桥梁工程对水泥砂浆等建筑材料综合性能的要求极高。为提升当前我国桥梁工程建设水平,以天然杨木纤维为增强材料,以硅酸盐水泥、硅灰、石英砂等为基础材料制备了一种杨木纤维增强水泥砂浆,对杨木纤维掺量0.0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%时,增强水泥砂浆的综合性能进行了对比实验。结果表明,随着增强水泥砂浆中杨木纤维掺量的提升,砂浆的坍落度和扩展度等指标逐渐下降,抗压强度、抗折强度等先提升后下降,耐久性性能逐渐增强。 Bridge engineering has extremely high requirements for the comprehensive performance of building materials such as cement mortar.In order to improve the current construction level of bridge engineering in China,a kind of poplar fiber reinforced cement mortar was prepared with natural poplar fiber as the reinforcing material and Portland cement,silica fume,quartz sand,etc.as the basic materials.Comparative experiments were conducted on the comprehensive performance of the reinforced cement mortar when the dosage of poplar fiber was 0.0%,0.2%,0.4%,and 0.6%.The results show that:With the increase of the content of poplar fiber in the reinforced cement mortar,the indicators such as slump and spread of the mortar gradually decrease,while the compressive strength,flexural strength,etc.first increase and then decrease,and the durability performance gradually improves.
