摘要
粤港澳大湾区在迈向深度一体化的过程中,“医教研产”跨境一体化显得尤为重要。以广州市为核心案例,深入分析粤港澳大湾区“医教研产”跨境一体化的现实情况。通过深度访谈法,收集医生、医学院教师、医学生、科研人员、药械生产机构等多方面意见和数据,以识别和分析影响跨境一体化进程的核心因素,如政策支持、资本流动、技术创新、人才交流等。依托共生理论,构建“医教研产”跨境一体化模式,该模式旨在深化区域内各方主体间的协同与合作,通过资源共享和信息交流,进一步激发整体的创新活力和竞争优势,为粤港澳大湾区提供一种新的发展路径,也为其他区域的“医教研产”一体化提供参考和借鉴。
In the process of moving towards deep integration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,cross-border integration of"medical education,research and production"is particularly important.Taking Guangzhou as the core case,the reality of cross-border integration of medical education,research,and production in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was deeply analyzed.Through in-depth interviews,opinions and data from various sources such as doctors,medical school teachers,medical students,researchers,and pharmaceutical equipment production institutions were collected to identify and analyze the core factors that affect the process of cross-border integration,such as policy support,capital flow,technological innovation,and talent exchange.Based on the theory of symbiosis,a cross-border integration model of"medical education research production"has been constructed,which aims to deepen the collaboration and cooperation among various entities in this region,and further stimulate the overall innovation vitality and competitive advantage through resource sharing and information exchange.It can provide a new development path for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and also serve as a reference and inspiration for the integration of medical education,research,and production in other regions.
