摘要
文旅融合是当前文化产业发展的重要政策环境。特色小镇是近年我国新型城镇化建设中出现的一种空间生产模式,文化内涵和旅游功能均在其功能组成中占据重要位置,文旅融合是特色小镇建设的重要方向之一。在众多的特色文旅小镇中,艺术节作为一个重要的文化名片存在于小镇的"特色"之中,形成了密不可分的共生发展关系。本文借用生物学中的共生理论,对艺术节和小镇的共生关系与共生模式进行了剖析,两者在能量交换的过程中从间歇性非对称性共生逐渐向一体化互惠共生演进。
The integration of culture and tourism is an important policy environment for the development of the current cultural industry.The characteristic town is a spatial production mode that emerged in the new urbanization construction in China in recent years.The cultural connotation and tourism function occupy an important position in its functional composition.The integration of culture and tourism is one of the important directions for the construction of characteristic towns.Among many characteristic cultur-al tourism towns,the art festival exists as an important cultural business card in the“features”of the town,forming an inseparable symbiotic development relationship.The article uses the symbiosis theory in biology to analyze the symbiosis relationship and symbiotic mode of the art festivals and the towns,which have evolved from intermittent asymmetric symbiosis to integrated mutual symbiosis in the process of energy exchange.

曲妍(1980—),女,天津人,管理学硕士。天津音乐学院艺术管理系讲师,天津市131第三层次人才。发表《文化产业集聚效应的城市体现———兼论天津文化产业的集聚发展》《公共场所背景音乐收费问题探究》等学术论文十余篇。参与及主持“国际艺术节运作管理模式及对提升我国文化艺术国际影响力的作用研究”“艺术院校文化产业管理专业内涵建设与特色发展研究”“关于推进发展基于互联网的教育供给模式研究———基于艺术类院校慕课普及情况调研及提升路径设计”等多个国家级省部级课题。参与编写《音乐商务项目策划教程》等教材两部,参与翻译《艺术与文化经济学手册》(东北财经大学出版社,2018)著作一部。指导学生在第八届“挑战杯”中国大学生创业计划竞赛中获国家级铜奖及其他省部级挑战杯等比赛中获奖。主讲课程:文化产业管理概论、艺术经济学、音乐商务等,研究方向:艺术管理、艺术经济、艺术节与城市发展。
