贝莱斯芽孢杆菌T4对黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长特性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Bacillus velezensis T4 on the Seed Germination and Seedling Growth Characteristics of Cucumber

摘要 以“中农26号”黄瓜种子为试材,采用浸种和灌根方法,研究不同浓度贝莱斯芽孢杆菌T4菌悬液(6.88×10^(8)、3.44×10^(8)、6.88×10^(7)、6.88×10^(6)、6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1))对黄瓜种子萌发、幼苗形态指标和生理特性的影响,以期评估其在黄瓜栽培中的促生效应,为T4菌株在菌肥中的应用提供参考依据。结果表明:与CK相比,6.88×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1)和6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1)处理显著提升黄瓜种子的发芽指数和发芽势;灌根处理7、14 d, 6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1)处理显著提高黄瓜幼苗的茎粗、根体积、叶面积和干质量;灌根21 d, 6.88×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1)处理的叶绿素含量明显高于CK;灌根7、14、21 d, 6.88×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1)处理的类胡萝卜素含量明显高于CK,6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1)处理的可溶性糖含量均显著高于CK,3.44×10^(8) cfu·mL^(-1)处理的可溶性蛋白质含量均显著高于CK。灌根14 d后,6.88×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1)处理的过氧化物酶(POD)活性显著高于CK,不同处理的丙二醛(MDA)含量均明显低于CK。综上可知,贝莱斯芽孢杆菌T4可改善黄瓜生理生化特征,增强了黄瓜幼苗的抗逆性,促进幼苗生长,尤其6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1)浓度处理的促生效果较为明显。 Taking‘Zhongnong 26’cucumber seeds as experimental materials,the effects of different concentrations of Bacillus velezensis T4 suspensions(6.88×10^(8),3.44×10^(8),6.88×10^(7),6.88×10^(6),6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1))on cucumber seed germination,seedling morphological indicators and physiological characteristics were studied by seed soaking and root irrigation methods,with clear water as the control(CK),in order to evaluate their promotive effects in cucumber cultivation and provide reference for the application of T4 strain in bio-fertilizers.The results showed that compared with CK,6.88×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1) and 6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1) treatments significantly increased the germination index and germination potential of cucumber seeds.The stem diameter,root volume,leaf area and dry weight of cucumber seedlings were significantly increased by 6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1) treatment after 7 days and 14 days of root irrigation.After 21 days of root irrigation,the chlorophyll content of 6.88×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1) treatment was significantly higher than that of CK.The content of carotenoids in 6.88×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1) treatment was significantly higher than that in CK at 7 days,14 days and 21 days.The soluble sugar content in 6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1) treatment was significantly higher than that in CK,and the soluble protein content in 3.44×10^(8) cfu·mL^(-1) treatment was significantly higher than that in CK.After 14 days of root irrigation,the POD activity of 6.88×10^(6) cfu·mL^(-1) treatment was significantly higher than that of CK,and the malondialdehyde content(MDA)of different treatments was significantly lower than that of CK.In summary,B.velezensis T4 was found to improve the physiological and biochemical characteristics of cucumber.It enhanced the stress resistance of cucumber seedlings enhanced,and promoted the growth of seedlings.In particular,the growth-promoting effect was more pronounced at a concentration of 6.88×10^(5) cfu·mL^(-1).
