摘要
为筛选出葡萄霜霉病菌的拮抗放线菌,对采自辽宁省沈阳、葫芦岛、锦州、鞍山、朝阳等地区葡萄园的23份土样中的放线菌进行分离,并对获得的119株放线菌进行防效评价,得到1株拮抗放线菌菌株QH94,其田间防效可达68.83%~89.80%。采用平板对峙培养法进行抑菌谱的测定,QH94菌株对9种病原菌有抑制作用,其中对稻瘟病菌的抑制作用最强,抑菌带宽度为10.57mm。根据菌株QH94的形态特征、培养特征、生理生化特性以及16S r DNA序列分析结果 ,将其初步鉴定为细黄链霉菌[Streptomyces microflavus(Krainsky)Waksman&Herici]。
In order to select antagonisitic actinomycetes against Plasmopara viticola, the actinomycete strains of 23 soil samples collecting from Shenyang, Huludao, Jinzhou, Anshan, Chaoyang and other areas of Liaoning province were isolated, and the control effectiveness against Plasmopara viticola of 119 screened actinomycete strains was evaluated. One strain named QH94 was attained. The control effect of fermentation liquid in field was 68.83 ~89.80%. The plate-confrontation method was used for antimicrobial test. The strain QH94 had inhibition against 9 phytopathogens, and it could significantly inhibit against Pyricularia grisea, with the diameter of inhibition zone 10.57 mm. According to morphology, cultural characters, physiological and biochemical charateristics as well as phylogenetic analysis based on 16 Sr DNA gene sequence, strain QH94 was identified as Streptomyces microflavus(Krainsky)Waksman & Herici.
