摘要
公园绿地是承载公众游憩活动的主要场所,也是沿海城市开放空间重要组成部分。构建沿海城市公园绿地公众感知评价体系,为其开放共享提供参考。以大连沿黄海区域16个公园绿地为研究对象,借助ROST CM6软件对去哪儿网、穷游网等旅游网站的评论数据进行网络文本统计分析,利用高频词构建场地类型、活动类型、环境体验、服务设施4个主要类目的大连沿黄海区域公园绿地公众感知评价指标,运用IPA分析法对其重要性和满意度进行评价。结果表明:海边、旅游、景色、方便等词出现频次较高,滨海空间的感知重要性最高,自然风景的感知满意度最高。由IPA分析得出公园优先改进区域为优势保持区、供给过渡区、待改进区和亟须改进区,并从规划使用功能、拓展自生功能方面对亟须改进区的林下空间、商业运营类活动提出相应改进策略。
Park green is the main place to carry public recreational activities,and it is also an important part of open space in coastal cities.An evaluation system of public perception of park green in coastal cities is constructed to provide a reference for the its park green space sharing.Taking the 16 coastal park green along the Yellow Sea in Dalian as the research object,the comment data from the travel websites such as GoWhere.com and PoorTravel.com is analyzed with the help of ROST CM6 software,and the evaluation indexes of the public perception of the park green spaces along the Yellow Sea using high-frequency words in four main categories is constructed:site type,activity type,environmental experience,and service facilities.The importance and satisfaction were evaluated by IPA analysis.The results show that the seashore,tourism,scenery and convenience appear more frequently.The perceived importance of coastal space is the highest,and the perceived satisfaction of natural scenery is the highest.According to the IPA analysis,the priority improvement areas of the park are the advantage maintenance area,the supply transition area,the area to be improved,and the area in urgent need of improvement,and the corresponding improvement strategies are proposed for the understory space and the commercial operation activities in the area in urgent need of improvement in terms of the planning of the use function and the expansion of the autochthonous function.
