摘要
目的探讨风险预警联合个体化精细护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴急性呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年10月—2024年10月在普宁华侨医院重症医学科接受治疗的COPD伴急性呼吸衰竭患者60例,按护理方式将其分为精细组和联合组,每组30例。比较护理后两组患者呼吸功能、治疗时间以及不良事件发生情况。结果护理后,联合组用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气中断流速(MMEF)以及1 s最大呼吸量与FVC之比(FEV1/FVC)均显著高于精细组(P<0.05);联合组呼吸机撤离时间、ICU停留时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);联合组不良事件总发生率小于精细组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论风险预警联合个体化精细护理在COPD伴急性呼吸衰竭患者中的应用效果良好,可有效改善患者呼吸功能,促进患者恢复,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective To explore the application of risk warning combined with individualized fine nursing in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)accompanied by acute respiratory failure.Methods Sixty patients with COPD and acute respiratory failure who received treatment in the intensive care department of Puning Overseas Chinese Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided into a fine group and a combined group according to nursing methods,with 30 patients in each group.Compare the respiratory function,treatment time,and incidence of adverse events between two groups of patients after nursing care.Results After nursing,the combined group had significantly higher forced vital capacity(FVC),expiratory interruption flow rate(MMEF),and 1-second maximum respiratory volume to FVC ratio(FEV1/FVC)than the fine group(P<0.05);The evacuation time,ICU stay time,and hospitalization time of the combined group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse events in the combination group was 6.67%,which was lower than the 23.33% in the fine group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of risk warning combined with individualized fine nursing in COPD patients with acute respiratory failure has shown good results,effectively improving their respiratory function,promoting their recovery,and reducing the incidence of adverse events.
