摘要
目的探讨预警性护理联合医用弹力袜在预防下肢静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓形成(DVT)方面的效果。方法选择2022年8月—2023年5月于该院接受下肢静脉曲张手术的124例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组采用医用弹力袜预防护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用预警性护理,两组护理时间均为7 d。对比两组DVT发生率、医用弹力袜使用依从性及下肢静脉血流动力学。结果观察组护理期间的DVT发生率为1.61%,低于对照组的11.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理期间的医用弹力袜使用依从性为96.77%,低于对照组的85.48%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组血流峰速度、血流平均速度比较,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组血流峰速度、血流平均速度均快于护理前,且观察组快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预警性护理联合医用弹力袜可有效预防下肢静脉曲张术后DVT,提高患者的医用弹力袜使用依从性,改善下肢静脉血流动力学。
Objective To explore the effect of early warning nursing combined with medical elastic socks on preventing deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after lower limb varicose vein surgery.Methods 124 postoperative patients who received lower limb varicose vein surgery in the hospital from August 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 62 patients in each group.The control group were given preventive care with medical elastic socks,and the observation group were given early warning care on the basis of the control group.The nursing time for both groups were 7 days.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis,compliance with medical elastic socks and venous blood flow dynamics of lower limbs were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of DVT in the observation group was 1.61%,which was lower than 11.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate of using medical elastic socks during the nursing period in the observation group was 96.77%,which was lower than 85.48%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in peak blood flow velocity and average blood flow velocity between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the peak and average blood flow velocities of the two groups were faster than before nursing,and the observation group was faster than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Early warning nursing combined with medical elastic socks can effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis after lower limb varicose vein surgery,improve patients'compliance with the use of medical elastic socks,improve lower limb venous blood flow dynamics.
