摘要
现代医学认为,功能性便秘(FC)的发病机制与肠道菌群失衡、胃肠道激素水平异常、脑-肠轴通路功能障碍等密切相关,主要采用药物治疗。中医将FC归因于肝、脾功能失调,依据虚实便秘的辨证分型,采用内治法和外治法进行治疗,两者各有局限性。中西医结合治疗在缓解FC临床症状、缩短疗程以及减少不良反应发生方面展现出显著优势。未来,深入研究中西医结合治疗FC的机制,开展科学严谨的大规模随机对照临床试验,有助于进一步提高中西医结合治疗FC的临床疗效,改善患者生活质量。
Modern medicine believes that the pathogenesis of functional constipation(FC)is closely related to imbalances in gut microbiota,abnormal levels of gastrointestinal hormones,and dysfunction of the brain-gut axis pathway,and is mainly treated with medication.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)attributes FC to dysfunction of the liver and spleen,classifies it based on the differentiation of deficiency and excess constipation,and adopts internal and external treatment methods for treatment,each with own limitations.The combination of TCM and western medicine has shown significant advantages in alleviating clinical symptoms of FC,shortening treatment course,and reducing adverse reactions.In the future,in-depth research on the mechanism of integrated TCM and western medicine treatment for FC and conducting scientific and rigorous large-scale randomized controlled clinical trials will help further improve the clinical efficacy of integrated TCM and western medicine treatment for FC and improve the quality of life of the patients.
