摘要
数字时代,互联网普及化、网民低龄化以及网络安全问题复杂化,严重影响中小学生心理健康,迫切需要提升学生数字韧性应对挑战。数字韧性是个体在数字变革中形成的积极适应外部变化并主动寻求调节的素养,对个体的健康成长至关重要。数字韧性具有综合性与复杂性、适应性与恢复性、动态性与发展性的特征,在内、外部影响因素的共同作用下,经历韧性失衡到重构的动态过程,产生不同的重构结果。文章以数字韧性测量为主题,从“水平评估”“内在体验”“发生过程”和“自我调节”四个方面及15个二级维度构建了数字韧性测评框架,并从基础理论、实践应用两个方面预测了数字韧性的研究趋势。
In the digital age,the popularization of the Internet,the younger age of netizens and the complexity of network security issues have seriously threatened the mental health of primary and secondary school students in the digital environment,and there is an urgent need to enhance students’digital resilience to cope with challenges.Digital resilience is an individual’s competence to actively adapt to external changes and seek adjustment in the digital revolution,which is crucial to the healthy growth of individuals.Digital resilience is characterized by comprehensiveness and complexity,adaptability and recoverability,as well as dynamism and developmental potential.Under the combined influence of internal and external factors,it undergoes a dynamic process from resilience imbalance to reconstruction,leading to different reconstruction results.Focusing on the measurement of digital resilience,a framework for assessing digital resilience is constructed across four aspects:“level assessment”,“intrinsic experience”,“occurrence process”and“self-regulation”,encompassing 15 secondary dimensions.Looking ahead,the research trends of digital resilience are predicted from two aspects of basic theory and practical application.
