摘要
中国正面临着人口老龄化加剧的严峻形势,随着卫生资源的需求逐步增加,综合医院分布不均衡等问题也日渐凸显。为了解济南市综合医院的空间布局特征及对老年群体的服务效能情况,研究引入济南市老年居民点和综合医院POI等数据,利用ArcGIS中空间网络分析和泰森多边形等可视化分析方法,发现其空间布局呈现向中心城聚集的趋势。然而,某些地区综合医院的配置相对不足,给老年患者的就医带来不便,包括就医距离过远、就医出行时间较长等。为此,研究建议根据不同地区老年人口与居民点的分布情况,有针对性地加强综合医院的规划与建设。同时,积极建立连续性医疗服务体系,更好地解决存在的问题。
China is facing a serious situation of aging population,the demand for health resources is gradually increasing,and problems such as the imbalance of general hospitals are becoming more and more prominent.In order to understand the spatial layout characteristics and service effectiveness of general hospitals in Jinan city,the study introduces data such as POI of elderly settlements and general hospitals in Jinan city,and finds that their spatial layout shows a tendency of clustering towards the central city by using spatial network analysis and Tyson polygons and other visual analysis methods in ArcGIS.However,the relative under-allocation of general hospitals in certain areas creates problems for elderly patients,including long distances to medical care and long travelling times to medical care.In this regard,the study recommends that the planning and construction of general hospitals should be strengthened in a targeted manner,taking into account the distribution of the elderly population and neighborhoods in different districts.At the same time,a continuum of medical services should be actively established to better address the existing problems.
