电磁脉冲表面强化TC4钛合金工艺的响应面法优化

摘要 在用电磁脉冲进行TC4钛合金表面强化的过程中,由于电压过高导致线圈破裂,或者电能转换成无用的光能和热能等从而导致能量利用效率低,使得钛合金表面硬度很难快速达到最佳效果。为有效提高钛合金表面硬度,通过响应面优化和中心复合法对电磁脉冲强化工艺进行优化。采用Box-Behnken试验设计方法,将施加电压、冲击次数、零件形状作为因素,分别设施加电压为5000、6000、7000 V,冲击次数为5、10、15次,零件形状为轧制平面、车削圆面和铣削平面。通过拟合回归方程并进行方差分析。结果表明:施加电压为5790 V、冲击次数为12次、材料形状为铣削平面电磁脉冲表面强化效果最佳。 bstract In the process of surface hardening of TC4 titanium alloy by electromagnetic pulse(EMP),the surface hardness of titanium alloy is difficult to reach the best effect quickly due to the rupture of the coil caused by the high voltage,or the conversion of the electric energy into the useless energy such as light energy and heat energy,which leads to the problem of the inefficient utilization of energy.Effectively improve the surface hardness of titanium alloys,the EMP strengthening process was optimized by response surface optimization and central composite design of experiments.Box⁃Behnken experimental design method,the loading voltage,the number of impacts,the shape of the part as a factor,respectively,set the loading voltage of 5000 V,6000 V and 7000 V,the number of impacts for 5,10 and 15 times,the shape of the part for the rolled plane,the turning surface and milling planes.By fitting the regression equation and performing an analysis of variance.The results show that the best surface strengthening effect is achieved by EMP with an applied voltage of 5790 V,a number of impacts of 12,and the shape of the material as a milling plane.
