振动光整对提高TC17钛合金喷丸表面完整性影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高TC17钛合金零件服役性能,研究了振动光整对TC17钛合金喷丸表面完整性以及疲劳性能的影响。利用X射线应力仪、粗糙度仪、表面形貌仪研究了振动光整与喷丸复合处理对TC17钛合金表面残余应力、表面粗糙度及表面形貌的影响;利用旋转弯曲疲劳实验机研究了振动光整与喷丸复合处理对疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,合理的振动光整与喷丸复合处理能提高TC17钛合金的疲劳性能,同时获得良好的表面完整性;经复合处理后,试样的疲劳极限与未处理试样相比可提高12.2%,试样的表面粗糙度与喷丸试样相比由Ra1.0μm降至Ra0.2μm。 In order to improve the service performance of TC17 titanium alloy part,the effects of vibratory finishing on surface integrity and fatigue behavior of TC17 titanium alloy after shot peening was investigated.The effects of vibratory finishing combined with shot peening process on the surface residual stress,surface roughness and surface morphology were researched by using X-ray diffraction analysis,surface profile measurement and surface topography instrument.The effects of vibratory finishing combined with shot peening process on the fatigue behavior were studied by rotating bending fatigue testing machine.The results show that the fatigue behavior of TC17 titanium alloy obviously improves by proper vibratory finishing combined with shot peening process.The favorable surface integrity can be obtained.The fatigue strength of the samples after compound treatment increases by 12.2%compared with the original sample.The surface roughness of the sample after compound treatment decreases from Ra1.0μm to Ra 0.2μm compared with the shot peening sample.
