摘要
自然环境试验是利用真实自然环境条件,研究装备在自然环境因素综合影响下的性能下降过程。为了快速地获得试验结果,通常通过加大一种或多种环境因素量值,在实验室内通过一定的方法以加速试验谱的形式,等效地将环境因素作用于研究对象,以在短时间内对其腐蚀/老化行为进行评价,这是目前工程上常用的试验考核和评价手段。基于湿热海洋大气环境环境因素实测数据,详细地阐述了发动机压气机叶片实验室循环加速试验设计方法,提出从环境分析、环境试验谱、试验循环方式和环境试验量值4个维度设计实验室循环加速试验,可提升实验室环境与实际服役环境之间的相关性,进而提高实验室环境试验的有效性。
Natural environment test is to use real natural environmental conditions to study the performance degradation process of equipment under the comprehensive influence of natural environmental factors.In order to quickly obtain test results,environmental factors are equivalent acted on the study object in the form of accelerated test spectrum through certain methods in the laboratory by increasing the magnitude of one or more environmental factors,so that its corrosion/aging behavior can be evaluated in a short time,and this is a commonly used test and evaluation method in engineering at present.Based on the measured data of environmental factors in the humid and hot marine atmospheric environment,the design method of laboratory cycle accelerated test for engine compressor blades is elaborated,and it is proposed that the laboratory cycle accelerated test should be designed from four dimensions of environmental analysis,environmental test spectrum,test cycle mode and environmental test quantity value,which can improve the correlation between laboratory environment and actual service environment,and improve the effectiveness of laboratory environmental tests.
