摘要
目的探讨甲泼尼龙辅助治疗对儿童社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患儿的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2024年9月都昌县妇幼保健院收治的80例CAP患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=40)予以常规抗感染治疗,观察组(n=40)在对照组基础上加用甲泼尼龙。对比两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、炎症因子水平、生活质量、不良反应。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组各项症状改善时间均短于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素(IL)-8、降钙素原(PCT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-6水平均低于对照组,各项儿童生存质量普适性核心量表(PedsQLTM 4.0)评分均高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论甲泼尼龙辅助治疗CAP可提高疗效,加快症状改善,减轻机体炎症水平,有助于提高患儿生活质量,且安全可靠。
Objective To explore the effect of methylprednisolone adjuvant therapy on children with community-acquired pneu-monia(CAP).Methods A total of 80 children with CAP admitted to Duchang County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to September 2024 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(40 cases)was given conventional anti-infection treatment,and the observation group(40 cases)was given methylprednisolone on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,inflammatory factor level,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);The improvement time of each symptom in the observation group was shorter than that in the con-trol group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin(IL)-8,procalcitonin(PCT),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of children's quality of life universal core scale(PedsQLTM 4.0)were higher than those in the con-trol group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was similar to that in the control group,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone adjuvant treatment of CAP can improve the curative effect,accelerate the improvement of symptoms,reduce the level of body inflammation,help to improve the quality of life of children,and is safe and reliable.
