摘要
目的探讨扶正化浊汤联合西药治疗气虚痰浊阻肺型老年耐药菌肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法将2017年10月至2019年6月纳入的60例气虚痰浊阻肺型老年耐药菌肺炎患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组30例,采用常规西药对症治疗,观察组30例在对照组常规西药治疗基础上采用扶正化浊汤治疗。比较两组患者中医症状积分、临床疗效、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞计数(WBC)、临床肺部感染评分(CPIS)、耐药菌清除率。结果观察组治疗后中医症状积分、治疗有效率、PCT、CRP、WBC、CPIS评分、耐药菌清除率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扶正化浊汤联合西药治疗气虚痰浊阻肺型老年耐药菌肺炎效果好。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of Fuzheng Huazhuo Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of senile drug-resistant bacteria pneumonia patients with deficiency of Qi,phlegm and obstruction of lung.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with drug-resistant pneumonia who were included from October 2017 to June 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 30 cases in each group.A total of 30 patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment,and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Huazhuo Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment in the control group.The total clinical effectiveness,TCM symptom scores,drug-resistant clearance,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC)and clinical lung infection score(CPIS),in the 2 groups were compared.Results The TCM symptom score,total clinical effective rate,treatment effectiveness,PCT,CRP,WBC,CPIS score,drug-resistant bacteria clearance etc.,in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of Fuzheng Huazhuo Decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of senile drug-resistant bacteria pneumonia of deficiency of qi,phlegm and obstruction of lung.
