摘要
随着食品安全问题日益受到关注,构建高效的追溯体系成为当务之急。本文分析了我国食品安全追溯体系现状,提出了基于物联网技术的追溯体系构建方案,从技术架构、信息采集等方面进行系统设计,并以大型养殖场和水产品加工企业为例进行实践应用研究,针对系统运行中存在的问题提出改进建议,为推动食品安全追溯体系智能化升级提供参考。
With increasing concern about food safety issues,building an efficient traceability system has become an urgent task.This paper analyzes the current status of China’s food safety traceability system and proposes a construction scheme based on internet of things technology.The system design covers aspects such as technical architecture and information collection.Taking large-scale farms and aquatic product processing enterprises as examples,this paper conducts practical application research and proposes improvements for existing operational issues,providing reference for promoting the intelligent upgrade of food safety traceability systems.
