土壤中添加菌草平菇菌糠基质对莱牧1号幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Adding the Spent Mushroom Substrate of Juncao Pleurotus ostreatus in Soil on the Growth of Pennisetum sp.Seedlings

摘要 为提高菌草栽培中食用菌菌糠的循环利用效率,以莱牧1号幼苗为试验材料,设在土壤中添加不同质量的平菇菌糠基质,分别为CK(0 g·kg^(-1))、SMS1(10.0 g·kg^(-1))、SMS2(25.0 g·kg^(-1))、SMS3(50.0 g·kg^(-1))、SMS4(75.0 g·kg^(-1))、SMS5(100.0 g·kg^(-1))、SMS6(150.0 g·kg^(-1)),研究其对莱牧1号幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:莱牧1号生长20 d时,SMS4处理表现最佳,株高达26.9 cm,与其他处理存在显著差异;生长50 d时,SMS4处理茎粗比CK增加35.25%,达到16.50 mm,根长达92.96 cm,优于其他处理组。此外,莱牧1号生长45 d时,SMS4处理叶绿素含量和净光合速率最高。因此,在土壤中添加菌草平菇菌糠基质有利于莱牧1号幼苗的生长,其中添加量达75.0 g·kg^(-1)时,效果最为显著。 In order to improve the recycling utilization efficiency of edible fungus substrates in the cultivation of Juncao,the seedlings of Pennisetum sp.were used as the experimental material,and seven treatments with different amounts of Pleurotus ostreatus spent mushroom substrate were set up,including CK(0 g·kg^(-1)),SMS1(10.0 g·kg^(-1)),SMS2(25.0 g·kg^(-1)),SMS3(50.0 g·kg^(-1)),SMS4(75.0 g·kg^(-1)),SMS5(100.0 g·kg^(-1)),and SMS6(150.0 g·kg^(-1)),respectively,thus to study their effects on the growth of Pennisetum sp.seedlings.The results showed that when Pennisetum sp.grew for 20 days,the SMS4 treatment group performed the best,with the plant height of 26.9 cm,which was significantly different from that in the other treatments.After 50 days of growth,the stem diameter of Pennisetum sp.in the SMS4 treatment group increased by 35.25%compared to the CK control group,reaching 16.50 mm,and the root length was 92.96 cm,which was better than that in other treatment groups.In addition,when Pennisetum sp.grew for 45 days,the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate in the SMS4 treatment group were the highest.Therefore,adding the Pleurotus ostreatus spent mushroom substrate to the soil was beneficial for the growth of Pennisetum sp.seedlings,and the effect was the most significant when the addition amount reached 75.0 g·kg^(-1).
