摘要 结合国内外食用菌产业发展趋势,进一步加强组织领导,优化社会服务,依靠科技创新,推动产业升级.从经济学角度出发,建立健全的食用菌标准体系和食用菌市场快速反应体系.对食用菌栽培户的经营利润等经济指标进行分析,得出相关结论,有利于我国农村食用菌栽培者的生产经营活动,实现产业的可持续发展. Combined with the development trend of edible fungi industry at home and abroad,further strengthen the organization and leadership,and optimize social services;We will promote industrial upgrading through scientific and technological innovation.From the Angle of economics,establish and perfect edible fungi standard system and edible fungus market quick reaction system.Based on the analysis of the economic indexes,such as the operating profit of the mushroom growers,the relevant conclusions are drawn,which are beneficial to the production and operation activities of the mushroom growers in rural areas of China and the sustainable development of the industry.
